Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my T.o.S.
All artworks commissioned is for personal use only. For commercial use, kindly discuss with me beforehand.
I am allowed to decline the commission if I don't feel capable of Executing it.
No Rush Orders. Commission usually takes 1 week per character depending on complexity and queue.
Payment is done upfront or 50/50 after Sketch is settled. The commission will not proceed unless a payment has been made.
Payment will be in USD via Paypal invoice or IDR via BCA(Local Bank).
Refunds are not allowed
Minor revisions are allowed during progresses and will be free of charge as long as the changes requested are reasonable. Significant changes such as outfit changes, poses, etc., will be subject to additional fees.
Editing, defacing, or plagiarizing the commissioned artwork is prohibited.
Using the artwork in any term as an NFT or Cryptocurrency is prohibited.
AI learning use of my Work/Art is Prohibited
I may use your commission as a part of my portfolio (watermarked, low resolution). If you don't want your commission to be included, please let me know.
I may Record/Livestream your Commission process unless requested to be Private
